You make a difference by guiding senior leadership in a professional agile organization that continuously improves. You are capable of independently creating strategic plans and then implementing them. • Collaborating and improving with other agile coaches on the way of working.

With Your Talents:
It's logical that customer focus, storytelling, consultancy skills, coaching, agility, and emotional intelligence are indispensable for this role.
Specifically for this position, we require previous experience and knowledge in a Credit Modelling & Analytics environment. For example, because you have a background in Model Development or have previously conducted Agile coaching in a (Credit) modelling or analytics environment.
In addition, it is important that you recognize everything on the checklist below:

• A completed HBO/WO education and at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting/coaching of MTs and organizations.
• You strive for a uniform working method that creates speed and are continuously active in seeking improvements in the organization.
• You have a good analytical ability.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing (communication within the tribe is predominantly in English).
• You have courage, know how to inspire and confront people in a respectful manner.
• You know how to connect people and possess strong stakeholder management skills at a senior/GD level.
• Through your demonstrable consultancy skills, you are someone who identifies bottlenecks but also provides advice and solutions to resolve them, and helps implement and embed these solutions.​​​​​​​
